HackSmart was Battery Smart's first tech hackathon, run with AWS: an industry-sponsored challenge that doubled as a hiring hackathon, so builders were evaluated on what they shipped rather than on a CV.
Engineering students from IITs, BITS, NITs and other campuses worked on real clean-mobility problems with mentors from Battery Smart and AWS, before demo-led judging by Battery Smart's leadership picked the top five teams.
